Hello, I'm Stuart. Somatic Trauma Informed Coach

As a Somatic Trauma Informed Coach, I believe many of us have had an exposure to some kind of trauma, be it, abusive, financially, emotionally, or another traumatic experience we have, that is a challenge.

My mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to heal as a whole from trauma or narcissistic abuse.

By using a combination of healing therapies. Together we can learn to understand without shame, how to develop resilience, whilst improving our physical, mental, social, emotional, spiritual, financial and intellectual health.

Why have I become a trauma informed coach and leader?

Because many of us have had an exposure to some kind of trauma.

We can increase the potential for serious health problems or even increase the risk of self-harm or unhealthy self-medication.

Trauma has a long-lasting effect on us both physically and mentally. So I’m here to help stop it!

My ongoing education commitment

I am committed to ongoing education, self-reflection, and staying informed about the latest research in somatic trauma healing and leadership development.

This allows me to provide the best support for both my clients and myself, empowering more people to become the best version of themselves.

Plus, I’m continuing my studies to work towards my CMI Level 7 Qualification (equivalent to a Batchelors degree)
