My one-on-one coaching sessions provide a safe, supportive space to explore and heal from the hidden effects of trauma stored in the body.

Using somatic (of the body) approaches, we work together to help you understand and regulate your nervous system, release trapped emotions, and move beyond patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional freeze.

Each session is personalized to your unique needs, helping you build resilience, increase self-awareness, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Life Coaching

My coaching is grounded in both lived experience and specialist training in nervous system regulation, trauma recovery and somatic healing practices. I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in honest, empowering support that helps you uncover and shift the patterns keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll gently explore your internal landscape and create space for healing, choice, and growth.

What is Trauma Informed Coaching?

Trauma-Informed Coaching is a supportive approach that recognises how past trauma can impact a person’s thoughts, behaviours, and goals.

It creates a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen and heard without judgment. Instead of focusing solely on performance or outcomes, trauma-informed coaches consider emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and personal triggers.

This helps clients build self-awareness, resilience, and lasting change at their own pace.

Hi, I’m Stuart

As a Somatic Trauma Informed Coach, I believe many of us have had an exposure to some kind of trauma, be it, abuse; financially, emotionally, or any other traumatic experience for ourselves.

My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to heal as a whole from trauma, and develop resilience whilst improving our physical, mental, social, emotional, spiritual, financial and intellectual health.
